Follow these instructions to drop a class via CalCentral before the Drop Deadline.
Please be aware of your session’s enrollment deadlines before dropping any classes, as any additional tuition and fees charged will not be refundable if the relevant deadlines have passed.

Important! Impact of Dropping a Course on Tuition & Fees
Before the drop deadline, tuition will be refunded.
After the drop deadline, tuition will not be refunded.
Student Fees are only refunded when students cancel all summer courses before the start of their first session.
How to Drop A Course
- Log in to CalCentral and navigate to the My Academics tab and select the Enrollment Center option on the Class Enrollment Card.
- Once in the Enrollment Center. Use the side panel to make your enrollment decisions.
- To drop a course, select the Drop Classes option. Select the course you wish to drop and follow the prompts. (If you are dropping a course because you want to enroll in another, please enroll in the new course first and then drop the course you no longer want to be enrolled in.)
