International Students in F and J Status must "check-in" with their school upon arrival to the U.S. You can do this by completing your arrival confirmation. Click here to access your ISS Portal Login page. Currently, you are in the "Check In" stage. Review the page for instructions to prepare for your Post-Arrival Confirmation. See below for more details.
What must I do next?
- If you know where you will be living
- Add your local U.S. phone number (if you have one). Make sure that you input 10 digits all in the phone number field (not in the country code field). ex. 510-555-5555
- After you arrive to the U.S., report your arrival within 10 days in your ISS Portal. We need this information in order to activate your student visa status. See details below.
Arrival Confirmation Steps:

Update your address.

If you see a complete dormitory address in your profile - you do not need to update your address, please update your local phone number if you have one.

If you do not have a dormitory address - add your local U.S. address of where you will be living during your studies and local phone number (if you have one) in your CalCentral profile (use address type: Local).

- Login to your ISS Portal to upload your arrival documents (Form I-94 and Visa) and provide your emergency contact information. You can do this only after you arrive in the U.S.
