Didn't receive your I-20 in your email?
We send your I-20 to the email marked as "preferred" in your CalCentral account - usually this is your berkeley.edu email address.
Check your UC Berkeley inbox
Search your UC Berkeley email inbox for messages from International Student Services and/or Docusign or for keywords related to the I-20 form. Try searching by the visiting-intl@berkeley.edu, subject line, or the date you were told the form was issued.
Check your spam or junk folder
If you do not see the form in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or other filtered folders. Sometimes important university emails are automatically sorted there. If you find the message, mark it as not spam so future emails from us are delivered correctly.
Contact International Student Services
If you still cannot find your I-20 form, we can help confirm whether it was sent and advise you on next steps. Include your full name, UC Berkeley email address, and any details about when you were told the form was issued.
