The best way to check your account balance and financial information is to view your account in CalCentral. Payment and financial information can be found on the My Finances Tab.
To view financial account details, including charges and payments, please:
- Log into CalCentral.
- Click on “My Finances” > “View Transactions” > and then under the “Transactions” heading, select “Show All.”
- You can also download a billing statement by clicking “View PDF Statement” under “Billing Summary” if needed.
If you make a payment by credit card, international funds transfer, or e-check, the system will automatically send a payment confirmation to your Berkeley email account. The Summer Sessions Office cannot provide receipts; if you require an official document from the university, please open a case with Cal Student Central to request a Verification of Fees (VOF).
