Access to the Alumni Homepage is granted automatically 14 days after the semester ends, transitioning your CalCentral view from an active student experience to alumni access. No further action is needed on your part.
The Alumni Portal view will change to the one shown below.
Profile Tile
The Profile tile allows you to view and update your personal and biographical information, including delegate access.
Academics Tile
The Academics tile will provide you with the link to request Transcripts.
Holds Tile
The Holds tile will provide information on any holds added to your account. In this example, the student has a Past Due Balance hold from unpaid charges from the previous semester.
Billing and Payments Tile
The Billing and Payments tile will provide information on the current billing statement. Students who have remaining unpaid balances will have the ability to make payments.
Forms Tile
The Forms tile is where students can submit a Legal Name Change Petition. Other forms available to your specific student status should also be available on this page.
