Important! Current Summer Students: Grades are available in CalCentral as soon as professors update grades. Please note, if you order transcripts before your grades are posted in CalCentral, your transcript will list your name and classes, but the grades will not appear as the printing and mailing of transcripts is an automated process.

When ordering transcripts via Parchment, students determine the delivery and mailing options. International students shipping overseas may incur additional costs.
How to Order a Transcript as a Visiting Student
For "type of transcript," please follow these instructions:
- Please choose "Undergraduate Transcript" if you are a visiting undergraduate student.
- Please choose "Summer Only Graduate" if you are a visiting graduate student (i.e., you indicated on your summer sessions application that you have completed an undergraduate degree).
If you do not know if you selected undergraduate or graduate on your application, you can check your student type in your CalCentral account under "My Academics.”
The mailing address and delivery options are at your discretion. Please be aware some delivery options cost more money.
If you select 1st class U.S. mail, it will take at least 4 weeks to deliver internationally. Unfortunately, with 1st class mail, there is no tracking number and no way to locate the package.
Lived Name Policy
Please note that if you use a lived name for your university records, you will need to select whether you would like for your lived name or your legal name to appear on your transcript. Once you have made your selection, your transcript will be issued accordingly. If you require a new transcript with the other name, you will need to place a new transcript order.
