How do I request of letter of commendation from the Dean of Summer Sessions, Study Abroad, and Lifelong Learning?

Beginning on October 1st, 2017, students that receive a passing grade in their completed course(s) can submit an email request for a letter of commendation. A student must submit an email request to including their First Name, Last Name, Student #, name of course(s) taken, and mailing address. Please note: Requests will NOT be accepted after December 1st, 2017.
