I paid for my child's Summer Sessions class. Why can't you talk to me about his/her account?

The Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects students' privacy, including their academic and financial accounts. Your son or daughter may submit a written authorization/waiver of confidentiality to grant access to student information. You can find more information about FERPA, the campus policy governing disclosure, and how to share information with parents from the Office of the Registrar.
